He was predeceased by: his daughter Catherine; his grandson Joshua McKay; his parents, Elizabeth Mackey and Matthias Mackey; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Skinner, Clare Payne, Jack Mackay, Jim Mackay and William Mackay.
He is survived by: his children, Lorraine (Boyd), Loyola, Aloysius, Roy (Cathy), Rick, Diane (Ward), Marie (Wilf), Karen (Junior), Ruby (Dony) and Josephine McKay; his sister Mary Singleton; his caregiver Kathy Ricks; and his close friends, Betty and Gary Carter.
