He was predeceased by: his significant other Neta O'Toole (Hannon); his parents, Walter O'Toole and Esther O'Toole; his siblings, Annie Callahan, Joan Walsh and Walter O'Toole; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Hannon, Phyllis Mills and Len Hannon.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy O'Toole (Crystal) and Jeannie O'Toole (Jim); his grandchildren, Jared, Lucas, Jakob, Kenna, Ryan and Gavin; his daughter Sharon Harnum; his close friend Rosalind Langdon; his granddaughter Sonya Cornect (Peter); his great grandchildren, Hayley and Logan; his siblings, Mary Barron, Bob O'Toole (Frances), Charlie O'Toole, Helen Coady (Jim) and Lib Murphy (Ron); his siblings-in-law, Barb Pelley (Wayne), Marg Sheppard (Bob), Cavell Foley, Debbie Bridger (Perry), Sharon Feener (Arnold) and Judy Snow (Jim); and also Michael Ball.
