He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebecca Porter and Herbert Porter; and his brother Arthur. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lynn (Eugene) and Shawn (Josephine); his stepdaughter Helen (Andrew); his siblings, Everett (Olive) and Sarah (Robert); his grandchildren, Brayden, Theo and Lewis; and his mother-in-law Marina.
