He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kelly and Hazel Kelly; his brothers, David, George and John; and his parents-in-law, George Ball and Mary Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Kelly; his son Gavin Kelly; his siblings, Elizabeth, Regina, Edward (Helen), Sheila, Cyril (Nina), Thomas (Linda), Beverly (Jamie), Mary (Monty), Dale (Jeannette), Kimberly (Debby) and Penny (Tony); his siblings-in-law, Jim (Shirley), Janet (Gary) and Mary-Jane (Evan); and his friend Emily Batstone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and coworkers.
Due to Covid-19 Government Restrictions a private family viewing and funeral service will be held with burial at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
