Sylvia Long Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2021, at the age of 80, Sylvia Long (Paradise, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Long; and her parents, Leo Maher and Olive Maher. She is survived by: her children, Darrell Long (Jennifer), Scott Long (Lisa) and Tina Barrett (Jim); her grandchildren, Brittany Mouland (Jamie), Nicole Legere (Christopher), Joseph Long, Bradley Layman (Kayla), Emily Holden (Matthew Ford), Maria Holden (Adrian Seaward-Moore), Patrick Holden (Emily Wall), Devin Barrett (Janice), Kristen Penney (Jason) and Kylene Barrett; her great grandchildren, Riley Cull, Beau Legere, Ashton, Aiden Barrett and Nora Penney; and her sister Cheryl Browne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a large circle of extended family and friends.
