It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sherry Hyde of Old Perlican, Newfoundland, who passed away on April 13, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Hyde and Alice Hyde; and her grandparents, Daniel, Clara Norris, James and Martha Hyde.
She is survived by: her children, Quinton and Adrienne (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Penelope, Joscelin and Annabelle; her siblings, Edmund, Patsy (Randy), Marty (Don), Jeanie (Allan), Gail (Joey), Colleen (Mark), Danny (Sandra) and Clara (Keith); and her friends, Nellie Maidment, Darlene Hatch, Jean Howell, Patsy, Gary Doyle, Donna, Harry Squires, Lori and Rick McNeil. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hopkins' Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Assumption Parish Roman Catholic Church.
