Hilda Sellars Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2020, Hilda Sellars of Old Perlican, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth; her parents, Berthrum Durdle and Jemima Durdle; her siblings, Eleanor Tizzard and Serrick Durdle; her parents-in-law, Jabez and Florance Sellars; and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Tizzard, Andrew Pottle, Edward Sellars, Joseph Sellars, Max Clarke, Georgina Budgell and Maggie Preston.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney and Lynette (Trevor); her grandchildren, Brittany (John), Keri, Bruce (Karen) and Kirklend (Vanessa); her great grandchildren, Noelle and Trenten; her sister Vivian Pottle; and her siblings-in-law, Louise Durdle, Mildred Wheadon (Boyd), Florance Button (Morley), Leona Sellars and Bert Delaney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and a great circle of friends.
Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, 2020 2:00 pm. to 3:00 pm. at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican with Covid 19 restrictions in place. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove by invitation only, due to Covid 19 restrictions.
