She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Bursey; her parents, Charlotte Murphy and Thomas Cahill; her brother Donald; her sons, Keith and Carl; her son-in-law Lester; and her brother-in-law Vince.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Tanus), Tina, Craig (Sonya), Rick (Delores), Joanne and Jill (Dave); her siblings, Philomena (Reg), Brenda (Glenn), Jeanie (Gerard), Ann Marie, Thomas (Marie), Pat and Gerard; her sisters-in-law, Frances and Eleanor (Ed); and her friends, Bob, Sheryl Bursey and Carl. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador at Donate Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador or to a charity of one's choice.
