She was predeceased by: her former husband Rendell Garland; her husband Frank Cull; her parents, Daisy Bursey and George Bursey; her siblings, Beatrice Wall, Daphne Hodder, Lillian O'Hanly and George Bursey; her son-in-law Byron Bursey; and her great grandchild Yazmin Bursey.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Bursey (Theresa), Linda Bursey and Florence Rodgers (Barry); and her siblings, Phyllis O'Leary, Eileen Connors, Bertha Campbell, Allan Bursey and Berkley Bursey. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to a charity of one's choice.
