He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Howell and Mary "Molly" Howell of Northern Bay; his brother William John "Johnny"; and his siblings-in-law, Edward (Eileen), Elizabeth Ryan, William Ryan (Bill), Walter Ryan and Margaret Howell (Mullaly).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Margie" (Bay) of St. Joseph's; his children, Sean (Madonna), Sherry-Lynn (Wayne) and Paula (Dale); his grandchildren, Amanda (Kristin), Adam (Paige), Robyn-Lynn (Adam), Liam, Malachy, Neason, Owen and Callie; his great grandchildren, Ember-Rose and Adalynn; his siblings, Mary (Brendan), Betty (Bob), Helen (Jerry), Pat and Chris (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Joan (Felix). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends.
