He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Andrew and Emma Andrew; his siblings, Annie Tiller, Marguerite Perry, Myra Randall and Walter; his brothers-in-law, Percy Perry, Clem Randall, Able Hillier and Howard Elliott; and his parents-in-law, Huey and Melvina Branton.

He is survived by: his wife Robin; his children, John (Val) of St. John's, Charmaine Andrews of St. John's, Roxanne (Lloyd Pottle) of St. John's, Janice Ryan of Calgary, Craig (Carolyn) of St. John's, Louise Andrews of Calgary and Scott (Cindy) of St. John's; his sisters, Carrie Elliott of Newtown, Mildred Hillier of Newtown and Edna Kroone of Mesa; and his brother-in-law Joseph Tiller of Gander. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.

In keeping with COVID - 19 recommendations and guidelines, visitation and funeral service will be by invitation only.
