He was predeceased by: his wife Ina; his sons, Leo and Donovan; his parents, Ephriam Blackmore and Jane Blackmore; and his siblings, Taylor, Marina and Marjorie.
He is survived by: his close friend Marcie Abbott; his children, Gerald (Susan Hicks) of Newtown, Debbie of Ontario, Elizabeth (Gary Vincent) of Newtown and Joy of Alberta; his siblings, Harland (Marion) of Nova Scotia, Jim of Wesleyville, Sue (Junior Stokes) of Gander and Linda (Wayne Parsons) of Alberta; his grandchildren, Juanita (Danny Goodyear), Michael Vincent, Debbie, Crystal (Shane Sheppard), Charlotte (Ryan Stroud), Denver Delorme and Keira Behrens; and his great grandchildren, Tyson, Hayley, Brayden, Makayla, Jessie, Daxon, Oceane, Kaden, Logan and Summer.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Jesse's memory to The Blackmore family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
