He is survived by: his wife Olive; his daughters, Shirley (Scott), Millicent (Jim) of Valleyfield, Pauline (Dwight) of Labrador City and Sharon (Tony) of Kilbride; his grandchildren, Mitchell (Jodi), John Adam, Leslie (Adam), Ashley (Johnny) and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Reid, Zoie and Ana; his sister Kate Howell (Len) of Newtown; and his siblings-in-law, Levina Howell (Chesley) and Harold Perry (Daisy).

As an expression of sympathy donations in Eli's memory may be made to St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newtown.
