He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie Tulk (Collins); his parents, James Tulk and Lillian Tulk; and his siblings, Gerald Tulk, Ena Mercer (Leander) and Shirley Lussier.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl, Jackie and Glenn Mullet (Mabel) of Wesleyville; his siblings, Reg Tulk (Jean) of Newtown and Mona Crickard (Don) of St. John's; his sister-in-law Leah Tulk of St. John's; and his friends, Debbie, Cull and Kerry. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
