Nellie Chandler Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2019, at the age of 79, Nellie Chandler (New-Wes-Valley, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Wheeler and Gertrude Wheeler; her daughter Deborah Turner; her grandson Jeffery Turner; her husband Lonnie Chandler; her daughter Donna Mills (Clarence); her stepdaughter Sheri Lowe (Tony); her sister Beulah Miller; and her grandchildren, Charles Bagley, Richard Bagley, David Turner and Shanna Noble. She was also cherished by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
