He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miquel Delatorre and Grace Elizabeth Mills Delatorre; and his son Michael Lynn Delatorre. He is survived by: his wife Ruby C. Delatorre of Cartersville; his sons, Joseph Ray Delatorre (Stephanie) of Cartersville, Phillip Lee Delatorre, Sr. of Cartersville and David A. Delatorre of Cartersville; and his siblings, Dianne Powell of Elberton, Michael Delatorre of Statesboro and Robert Fink of Elberton. He is also survived by his four grandchildren; his three great-grandchildren.
