It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Abbott of Musgrave Harbour, Newfoundland, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Selby; her son Wayne; and her sisters, Alvina Coles and Tryphina Cuff. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda (Reggie O'Quinn) of Scarborough and Brenda (John Pitoscia) of Caledon; her daughter-in-law Marnie Abbott of Musgrave Harbour; her grandchildren, Chad, Curtis, Jason, Nicole, Grant and Liza; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Gracie, Presley, Ashton, Grayson, Hannah, Leah, Katie, Aubrey, Oliver, Sofia, Antonio and Alec. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Cancer Society.
