He was predeceased by: his parents, Mena Abbott and Wallace Abbott; and his sister Christine. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his daughter Jessica (Colin) of High Level, AB.; his siblings, Brian (Lois) of Musgrave Harbour and Lynn; and his grandchildren, Payton and Kailyn.
