He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Penney and Elsie Penney (Amy Penney); and his sons, Wayne and David Penney. He is survived by: his children, Donald Penney (Kay) and Renee (Maureen Varro); his daughter-in-law Janet; his grandchildren, Jessica Maclaughlin (Nathan), Leslie Bennett (Jarrad), Jason Penney, Justin Penney (Veronica) and Sabrina Penney (Brian Oldford); his great grandchildren, Jorja Bennett, Alice Bennett, Avery Penney and Hannah Penney; and his close friend Eileen Gronich.
