She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Delaney and Dorothy Delaney; her parents-in-law, James and Winifred Layman; her siblings-in-law, Faye Delany, Frances Layman, Ethel Doyle, Tommy Johnson and Cyril Doyle; and her nephew William Delaney.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Layman (Rob); her children, Scott (Doreen), Dean (Johanne) and Dawn (Alex); her grandchildren, Bradley (Kayla), Justin, Nicholas (Kayla), Angie (Brandon), Katlyn (Lukas), James, Madison (Tyler) and Chelsea; her great grandchildren, Layla and Layne; her brothers, Bill (Delores) and Gerard Delaney (Stella); her siblings-in-law, Arthur Layman, John Layman (Donna), Fred (Christine), Ed (Mart), Marie Layman (Joe) and Ellie Johnson; and her close friend Audra Sparkes.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the St. Peter's Parish (110 Ashford Dr, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7).
