He was predeceased by: his parents, Erna Schwerdtfeger and Martin Schwerdtfeger. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Kearley (Shawn); his grandchildren, Evan and Megan; his son Tony (Robyn); his grandchildren, Katie Kennedy and Tony Junior (TJ); his sisters, Heide Pearce and Baerbel Anderson; his niece Karen; and his nephew Gary.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of NL.
