He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmanuel Billard and Nellie Billard; his brother Bud; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin Marsh, Don Marsh and Clayton Snelgrove.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Barbara Billard-Martin (Craig) and Beverly Billard (Tony Best); his grandchildren, Lenorah Martin (Tom Arklie) and Connor Martin; his brothers, Bern (Ros), Paul (Judy) and Keith (Gloria); and his siblings-in-law, Pearl Snelgrove, Neta Anthony (David), Heather Slade (Robert), Clayton Marsh (Brenda), Wayne Marsh (Elsie), Ross Marsh (Rhonda) and Bruce Marsh (Dawn).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barrett's Funeral Home Mount Pearl Chapel - Mt. Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7).
Flowers will be accepted or donations in his name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
