He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mercedes; his son Darrell; and his siblings, Joseph, Lenora, John Jr., Douglas, Edward, Kevin, Patricia, Peggy and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Barry (Ruth), Glenn (Krista), Ross (Heather) and Douglas (Hayley); his stepson Darren (Tammy); his grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Brian, Amanda, Jonathan and Darrell; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Avalon, Mason, Alex, Joshua, Jacob and Emma; his siblings, Glenda (Shawn), Jean (Brian), Judy (Jackie), Ken (Grace), Chris, Violet and Don (Jackie); his sisters-in-law, Ann Putt, Veronica Putt and Monica Putt; and also Mary Martin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barrett's Funeral Home Mount Pearl Chapel - Mt. Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7).
