He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Butt and Viola Butt; and his brother-in-law Don Feltham. He is survived by: his wife Linda Butt (Rodgers); his children, David Butt (Avaleen) and Nicole Bonnell; his granddaughter Chloe Bonnell; and his siblings, Charles Butt, Clayton Butt (Joyce), Helen Feltham and Beth Fraize (Harold).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home - Mount Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Home Mount Pearl Chapel - Mt. Pearl (73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl, NL A1N1W7).
