He is survived by: his wife Florence (Hanlon); his daughters, Madonna (Paul Kelly) and Darlene (Ryan Ogden) of Nova Scotia; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Josh Strong), Olivia (Jacob Hutchinson) and Anthony; his sister-in-law Isabel Hillier; his parents, John Carroll and Catherine Carroll (Conway); and his siblings, John, Bill, Stan, Elizabeth, Anne and Margaret.
