She was predeceased by: her siblings, Naomi Courtney, Ruby Bulbrook, Amelia Strickland, Betty Buffett and Samuel Stickland; and her parents, Sarah Stickland and Philip Stickland.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick; her children, Glenn Strickland of Milltown, NL, Bruce (Mona) of Addison, ON, Terence (Bonnie) of Chilliwack, BC and Valerie (Ted Heath) of Springdale, NL; her grandsons, Michael Janine (Isabelle) and Cole (Natasha); and her great grandchildren, Felix and Luca. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
