He was predeceased by: his parents, Murdock Lawrence and Stella Lawrence; and his sisters, Annie Forsey and Winnie Kearley. He is survived by: his close friend Nellie Stapleton; his brother John Lawrence (Grace) of Bridgewater, NS; his brother-in-law Allen Forsey of St. John's; and his nieces and nephews, Arthur Kearley (Kim) of St. John's, Greg Kearley (Donna) of Florida, Rod Forsey (Wenda), Nathaniel Forsey (Ann) of Ontario, Albert Lawrence (Heidi) of Nova Scotia, Maxine Forsey (John) of Grand Bank, Cathy Pilgrim (Lawrence) of Clarenville, Grace Compton (Lawrence) of Ontario, Lisa Batstone (Tim) of St. John's, Michelle Statton of Nova Scotia, Karen Croft (Terry) of Nova Scotia and Tina MacLean (Danny) of Nova Scotia.
