She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Synard; her parents, Laura Murphy and Peter Murphy; her parents-in-law, Patrick and Hannah Mary Synard; her brothers, Randolph Murphy, Michael Murphy, Ernest Murphy, Thomas Murphy and Aloysius; her nephew Matthew Synard; and her sister-in-law Alice Bennett.

She is survived by: her children, Rodney Synard (Kerry) of Parker's Cove, Albert Synard (Kelly Banfield) of St. Bernard's, Zita Synard (Ralph Murphy) of Parker's Cove, Roxanne Cox (Eddie) of Parker's Cove and Sherry Synard (Junior) of St. Bernard's; her grandchildren, Dean (Coralee), Jordan (Brittnee), Heather (Francis), Brianna (Taylor), Brandon (Chloe), Laura, Cameron, McKenna and Maria; her great grandchild Reyd; and her siblings, Ursula Synard of Marystown, Ella Mae Fewer of Marystown, Loretta Fewer (John Pad) of Marystown and Cyril Murphy (Gladys) of Ontario. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
