He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chard and Hazel Chard; and his siblings, William Chard and Margaret Gough. He is survived by: his wife Madeline; his children, Bill Chard (Kim) of Courtney, Theresa Slaney (Vic) of St. Lawrence, Barb Chard of St. Lawrence, Debbie Chard (Brian O'Rourke) of Prince George, Bonnie Chard of St. Lawrenc and Rita Feltham (Kerry) of Ajax; his grandchildren, Vicki, Billy, Julia, Cassie, April, Holly, Matthew, Crissy, Gordie, Eric, Kevin and Steven; his great grandchildren, Austin, Kathryn, Lexie, Gracie, Joey and Mason; and his siblings, Bob Chard (Daphne), Fred Chard (Myrtle), Shirley Peckhan and Alma Craddock.
