She was predeceased by: her husband Willis "Bill" Hooper; her parents, John Hooper and Edith Hooper; and her siblings, Hannah Dotchain and Thomas Hooper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lorrie Rolland (Darcy) of Ontario and Angie Dober (Adam) of Marystown; her grandchildren, Willis, Alyssa, Jack and Evan; her sister Sarah Kilfoy (Ivan) of Burin; and her close friend Kay Smith of Creston South.
In Millicent's memory donations may be made to St. Mary's and St. Michael's Anglican Cemetery Fund or flowers gratefully accepted.
