It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Hillier (Marystown, Newfoundland), who passed away on March 3, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Caroline Hillier of Grand Bank; his children, Melvin Hillier Jr. of Cold Lake, AB and Michelle Kelly (Rod) of Little Bay; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Emma, Alexandria, Katelyn and Melvin Luke; his siblings, Norman Hillier (Diane), Ron Hillier (Eugenia), Tony Hillier and Elizabeth Burt (Bruce); his wife Sheila; his father Ernest Hillier; his brother Eli Hillier; his nephew Shaun Hillier; and his niece Cynthia Burt.

In Melvin's memory donations may be made to the Anglican Cemetery Fund or flowers gratefully accepted.
