She was predeceased by: her husband James Farrell; and her son Bruce Farrell. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Farrell (Beverley) of Marystown, Jeff Farrell (Lori) of Vancouver, BC, Brian Farrell of Vancouver, BC and Jamie Farrell (Sandra) of Medicine Hat, AB; and her close friend Yvonne Newport of Marystown.

In Peggy's memory, in-lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
