He was predeceased by: his parents, Emiel Lake and Alice Lake; and his siblings, Joseph, Jessie Pike, Lydia Drake, Theresa Slaney and Rose Lake.
He is survived by: his children, Cora Lake (Curtis Edwards) of St. Lawrence, Nancy Brown of Marystown, Joseph Lake of St. Lawrence and Gordon Lake Jr. (Crissy Chard) of St. Lawrence; his grandchildren, Kristopher, Kayla, Pamela, Dylan, Kristen, Austin and Kathryn; his great grandchildren, Harlee, Jordyn, Jaxson and Emily-Rose; and his brother Howard.
