He is survived by: his children, Winston (Elizabeth), Keith (Betty), Rock Harbour, Basil (Gerri), Colin (Linda), Allister, Marystown and Gloria Barter (Darryl). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
