He was predeceased by: his parents, William Power and Bridget Power; his stepmother Elizabeth Power; his sisters, Mary and Rita Rose; and his stepsiblings, Agatha Brake, George, Peter and Richard Brake.

He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his stepchildren, Gordon Pittman (Kelly) of Bay L'Argent, Markie Dodge of Marystown, Denise Baker (Jason) of Bay L'Argent and Gina Tilley (Lucy) of Kitchener, ON; his stepgrandchildren, Aaron, Cheyenne, Desiree, Matthew, Ryan, Preston, Haley, Jaden and Kaylee Jo; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Zane, Jayce, Kaison, Kasspinn and Iver; his siblings, Sarah Lundrigan and John Power; his stepsister Theresa Smith; and his brother-in-law Ron Rose.
