He was predeceased by: his daughter Cathy; his parents, Edward Clarke and Annie Clarke; his siblings, Cass (Vivian), Harry (Barbara), John (Carmel), William, Alice (Howard), Ellen (Richard) and Bessie (Frank); and his stepson Steve (Linda).
He is survived by: his close friend Mary Whalen; his son John (Sharon); his grandchildren, Alyssa (Jon), Nicole (Billy), Kyle (Melissa), Brandon and Ian; his great grandchild Zayd; his stepchildren, Sharon (Roger), Jimmy (Lisa), Tony, Joe (Carrie) and Ted (Helen); and his stepgrandchildren, James, Riley, Tanner and Paige. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
At request of the family everyone is required to wear a mask during visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Augustine's memory to a charity of one's choice.
