He is survived by: his significant other Jeanette West; his children, Robbie Smith of Marystown and Amber Smith (Cameron Mackey) of Marystown; his siblings, Kim Stewart of Manitoba, Catherine Drake (Calvin) of Burin, Jerry Smith (Agnes) of Marystown and Scott Smith (Josie) of Marystown; his nieces and nephews, Scott Jr. (Alham), Philip, Leon, Jerome, Perry, Denika (Steve), Nicole, Karen, Trish, Lisa, Loressa, Lavelle, Lydia, Tammy and Krista; his mother-in-law Judy West of Grand Bank; and his sisters-in-law, June Smith of Brookside and Jennifer West of St. John's.
