He is survived by: his children, Melvin Jr. Mugford (Tanya), Brymer Mugford (Stephanie) and Bernice Dicks (Lawrence); his grandchildren, Brady, Ashton, Charmaine (Shaun), Shane (Megan), Evan (Steve) and Shannon; his siblings, Dave Mugford (Sheila), Dorman Mugford, Sandy Mugford (Evelyn), Louise and Alva Porter; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Mugford. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
