He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Blake and Ivy Blake; his daughter Vera (Lynn Blake); his brother Frank Blake; and his mother-in-law Audrey McPhee.

He is survived by: his wife Anna; his sons, Wallace Blake (Kayleigh) and Vincent Blake (Susan); his stepdaughters, Anna McPhee (Allen) and Kimberly McPhee; his grandchildren, Abigail, Hillary, Megan, Mattea, Christopher, Prudence, Alyssa, Andrew and Van; his siblings, Hubert Blake (Daisy), Cyril Blake (Frances), Gerald Blake (Pansy), Howard Blake (Carrie), Elvis Blake (Faith), Curtis Blake, Mary Ginn (Harold), Doris Harbin (Robert) and Valerie Blake (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, Maxine Blake, Michelle (Derrick), Cathy, Leroy, John (Lynn), Malcolm (Shana) and Ross Hodder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
