He was predeceased by: his siblings, Daisy Shelly, Rachel Gaulton, Myrtice Tulk, Carrie Gibbons, Mark Goodyear, Robert Goodyear and Marshall Goodyear; and his grandchildren, Justin Goodyear, Jeanine Blanchette and Mary Kate Goodyear.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Goldie Walsh (Kevin), Floyd Goodyear, Colleen Kean (Wycliffe), Wasmore Goodyear (Carolyn), Ellen Blanchette, Phillip Goodyear (Trudy) and Angus Goodyear; and his grandchildren, Jackie, Michelle, Clinton, Jessica, Jolene, Brad, Andrew, Holly, Ashley, Brady, Leah, Riley, Hailey, Landon, Lucas, Alyssa, Clark and Abby.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Seymour's memory to The Goodyear Family, they will decide on monetary disbursements at a later date.
