Maisie Wright Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2024, at the age of 86, Maisie Wright of Lumsden, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Goodyear and Bertha Goodyear; her stepmother Myrtle Goodyear; her husband Harvey Wright; and her brothers, Lorenzo Goodyear (Ida) and Raymond Goodyear.
She is survived by: her son Barry (Linda); her grandchildren, Melissa (Michael) of Cudahy, WI, Paula (Steven) of Lumsden and Robert (Sherry) of Lumsden; and her stepsiblings, Cheryl (Bruce) of Fall River, NS and Clyde of Columbus, Ohio.. She is also survived by her 7 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to The NL Cancer Care Foundation or to The Ronald McDonald House.
