Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Heber Baxter Goodyear of Lumsden, Newfoundland, who passed away at the age of 71, on September 26, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Goodyear and Letsie Goodyear; his siblings, Betty Wakely, Alice Goodyear, Charlie Goodyear and Jackie Goodyear; and his brothers-in-law, Neil Wakely, Colin Pond and Reuben Humphries.
He is survived by: his son Ryan (Joshua) of St. John's; his siblings, Billy (Jeanette) of Lumsden, Irene Humphries of Badger's Quay, Pearl Wakely of Brookfield, Flossie Burton (Job) of Robert's Arm, Irene Pond of Badger's Quay and Charmaine Welcher (Ray) of Badger's Quay; his uncle Seymour; and also, Norman Wakely and Hazel Goodyear of Lumsden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions and recommendations visitation, funeral and burial will be by invitation only.
