Mercedes Skinner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mercedes Skinner of Lourdes, Newfoundland, who passed away on December 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tourout and Catherine Tourout; her husband Alex; and her siblings, Ray, Gus, Cecil, John, Nina and Priscilla.
She is survived by: her children, Ray (Bonnie), Sean (Mary) and Madonna Skinner; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Seekay, Cameron, Amy and Alexis; her great grandchildren, Thomas and Alicia; and her siblings, Joe Tourout, Genevieve Woodruff, Edna Lane (Dave), Kathleen Skinner (Pat), Anne Mary Benoit (Russell) and Anita Young (Charlie).
Due to Covid restrictions a private family service will be held at Our Lady of Fatima, Piccadilly with interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, West Bay.
