He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Benoit and Margaret Benoit (Young). He is survived by: his wife Madonna Benoit; and his children, Ralph "Junior" Benoit, Shirley Benoit, Darren Benoit (Koren Hunt), Sean Benoit (Michelle Slade-Benoit), Tommy Benoit, Todd Benoit (Seanah Derry), Arleen Quann Boland (Robby Boland) and Carl Quann (Elsie). He is also survived by grandchildren; three adored great grandchildren; many siblings, nieces and, nephews.
