He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Pelley and Elsie Pelley; his sister Aletta Pelley Left; his wife Rowena; his children, Judy (Calvin Snow), Wavey (Garry Stuckless), Edward (Wanda) and Elaine Hollett (Derek Sheppard); his grandchildren, Jason, Jeffery (Lori), Karen (Dana), Michael (Crystal), Michelle (Graydon), Justin (Brittany), Chantelle, Lori Ann (Allen), Kathryn and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Brooke, Zachary, Cameron, Brett, Paige, Jack, Caleb, Rebecca, Noah, Riley, Jaxon, Kian, Kole and Ricki-Lynne; and his siblings, Charles (Dulcie), Lorraine (Larry Baker), Hollis (Betty), Carrie (Mervin Wells), Ralph (Irene), Pearl Elliott, Hilda (Derek Moyles), Lloyd (Irene) and Joan (Wayne).
