It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilfred George Hillier (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin and Irene; his brother Stanley; and his granddaughter Degera. He is survived by: his wife Meta; his daughters, Debbie, Kathy (Gary), Irene (Paul), Julie (Bruce) and Connie (Damian); and his siblings, Shelia Porter, Margaret Lefrense and Lloyd (Isabel). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren: 13 great- grandchildren, 4 great- great- grandchildren.
