He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Payne and Jessie Payne; his wife Kathleen; and his siblings, Ambrose, Henry, George, Garland, Arthur, Eric, Harriett, Marie, Florence, Naomi and Gladys.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Walbourne (Angus), Nina Kinden (Neil), Valarie Blundon (Steve), Pansy Ford (Marshall), Corey Payne and Tracy Burke (Gary). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews other relatives and life long friends.
