Walter Clayton Young Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Clayton Young (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Young and Irene Young; and his siblings, Eleanor Hanlon and Gordon Young. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Eileen (Kevin Rideout), Peggy (Robert Cadwell), Rick (Donna) and Doreen (Michael Best); his grandchildren, Amanda (Matt), Jonathan (Amanda), Nathan (Ashley), Kelly, Krystal and Myles; his great grandchildren, Sami, Abigail, Mallory, Lilly, Malachi, Jayden, Katie, Oliver, Bella, Linkin and Leah; and his sisters, Kathy (Leo Blanchard) and Debbie (Dave Fudge). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will take place from the Pentecostal Church, Campbellton on Thursday, October 14th from 3-4 & 7-9 PM following COVID government regulations.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of NL would be gratefully accepted.
