He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Curtis and Maud Curtis; his siblings-in-law, Bert and Lucy Wheeler; and his brothers, Otto Curtis and Neil Curtis.

He is survived by: his wife Doris (Nee Wheeler); his children, Elaine Burton (Lewis), Michelle Curtis, Darlene Schwartz (Michael) and Colin (Tammy Jeans); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Ryan, Cassidy, Julia and Colbie; and his siblings, Jim, Joan, John, Ernest Jr., Ewan, Rowena, Selma, Cedric, Frances, Sandra and Ken. He is also survived by spouses; many nieces & nephews and his close friends.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Ted's memory to the Gideons as he always loved and supported their work.
