Ross Albert Clarke Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ross Albert Clarke of Lewisporte, Newfoundland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Parmenas Clarke and Elizabeth Clarke; his parents-in-law, Earl and Sadie Whalen; his son Jeffrey; his siblings, Stirling, Gerald and Betty Collins; his siblings-in-law, William Crummey, William Collins, Boyd Whalen, Lloyd Gregory, Samuel Lane and Marie Whalen; and his niece Joy Clarke.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his son Shawn (Kimberly); his grandsons, Dylan and Nolan; his siblings, Roland (Jean) and Maxine Gregory-Lane; his sisters-in-law, Julie Clarke, Dorothy Crummey and Greta Koons (Les); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Dunphy (Craig), Pamela Picco (Ray), Holly Clarke, Gail Whalen, Jason Gregory (Lori), Dion Clarke (Debbie), Dean Clarke and Terry Whalen (Suzanne). He is also survived by many great nephews, great nieces and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home (262 Main St, Lewisporte, NL A0G 3A0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthews United Church (120 Main St, Lewisporte, NL A0G3A0).
